Hello! Sarah U from Youth Access here. At our recent Member Meet event I hosted a breakout session exploring Youth-led Change where we members shared how their service is embedding youth voice throughout their work, challenges they have come up against and identified suggestions of how the Youth Access Community could help.
Some members found that short-term funding resulted in challenges in capacity and consistency for youth voice programmes. We also discussed the importance of setting clear parameters with external agencies seeking to co-develop work with young people to ensure ongoing dialogue and accountability.
