Young people and civil justice

A research report covering young people’s social welfare advice needs, impact of problems and advice-seeking behaviour.

This summary report presents findings from the 2004 English and Welsh Civil and Social Justice Survey (CSJS): a survey of people’s experience of and response to 18 broad types of civil law problem.

In particular, it sets out the experience of the youngest respondents - those between the ages of 18 and 24 years old.
